At GIH, we’re proud to be led by a board of young founders who don’t just dream big, they act with purpose. Coming from diverse backgrounds in business, engineering, and science, they share one vision: to empower youth, create ethical innovation, and drive lasting global impact.
​FOUNDER
Pham Hoang Long
Long is a sustainable business and impact-driven entrepreneur, founder of the Global Innovators Hub (2023). He equips students worldwide with tools to launch social ventures while fostering ethically grounded leaders. With achievements in Conrad, Earth Prize, and the Wharton Competition, he notably placed 2nd at Vietnam’s Changemaker Hackathon with HBS. Recognized by KIDsforSDGs, he represented Vietnam as one of two youth delegates at the UN Summit of the Future.
CO-FOUNDER
Jaejin Cho
Jaejin is a passionate student and aspiring engineer dedicated to solving global challenges through innovation. As founder of BioBlend and Chitocrete, and Director of Innovation at the Global Innovators Hub, he empowers students with hands-on prototyping experiences. He integrates systemic thinking with ethical design, competing in SSTC, ISSC, and PFF. Currently, he leads his school’s Math Leaders program, mentoring peers through impactful activities.

​Kathy Do
Kathy is an innovator exploring the intersection of science, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. With expertise in material science and green chemistry, she co-founded Eco-stall to advance biodegradable packaging. Beyond research, she directed finance and partnerships at Adua Racing, a global finalist at the F1 STEM competition, securing over $40,000 in sponsorships. As a leader, she envisions a sustainable future powered by scientific breakthroughs for global impact.
